Prior to installation the radiator support was sandblasted and primed with epoxy primer.

Care was taken so that the partial VIN was not buried in primer.

The right side inner fender had been prepared for welding before the body was aligned to the frame. Now that the body and frame were in correct alignment, it was jsut a matter of welding the
inner fender in place.

Here it is all welded in. I did not have and industrial size pinchwelder, so all I could do is plug welds.

Here the welds are all ground down and the panel is ready for primer. Notice the Panther Pink Challenger lurking in the background ?

The left side was just as easy.

And lastly the front end sheet metal goes back on to ensure proper aligment of the body and frame.
